No. Secure passwords are provided for your use during the duration of your training. You cannot change your log in credentials.

Your log in credentials will expire after you have completed your training. You should have been provided a date by which all training and completion forms must be completed before your username and password expire.

The training modules are displayed in a secure PDF Viewer. You may use the controls in the PDF Viewer menu at the top and bottom of the viewer window to navigate. This menu allows you to move forward or backwards one page; input which page you would like to skip to; adjust the size of the document on your screen; and enter Full Screen mode. You may also use your mouse to fluidly scroll up and down through the pages of the Training Module. All other functionality is disabled. You cannot right-click or download the Training Module.

To view your training module, please log in via the link at the top right of the site. Then, choose the correct module in the Training Modules drop-down menu below the Argent Technologies, LLC logo at the top of the page.

You should have been provided the name of the module you are require to complete. If you choose a module that you do not have access to, you will receive a message explaining that you do not have access to that module. If you are unsure which module you should be doing, please contact Pamela Patton.

Forms can be found under the Training Completion Forms drop-down menu located below the Argent Technologies, LLC logo at the top of the page.

Once you have navigated to a form page, just fill in all of the form fields and click “Submit.” Your completed form will be sent directly to our Chief Operating Officer, Team Lead, Payroll, or whoever requires a copy of it.

Each form contains a signature block. Please use your mouse (on non-touchscreen devices) or your finger/stylus (on touch-screen devices) to sign your form.
